The FACP 2024/25 Ambassador Forum
As part of the Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) 2024/25, the Ambassador Forum was held on 30 April 2025 at the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI).The event brought together industry leaders, educators, and supporters to witness the impact of advanced 3D fashion training in action.
Eight talented Ambassadors/ Alumni from the FACP 2024/25 cohort presented their original womenswear designs on stage, developed under the guidance of international masters Shingo Sato, Reagen Evans, and Michael Stewart.Each creation reflected the advanced 3-Dimension cutting techniques learned during the Master Class. From bold silhouettes to intricate constructions, their designs embodied the spirit of transformational reconstruction and demonstrated the creative possibilities achieved by draping techniques.

Dual City Exhibition Shanghai - Binding Artistry: Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation
Following the success of the Hong Kong showcase at CENTRESTAGE 2024, the Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) 2024/25 extended its vision to Shanghai with the second leg of the “Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation – A Dual-City Exhibition.” The Shanghai exhibition further demonstrated the transformative potential of 3D Cutting and contemporary draping techniques in redefining modern fashion aesthetics. As part of the FACP 2024/25 programme, this exhibition continues to bridge education, innovation, and industry, connecting the creative forces of Hong Kong and Shanghai.
FACP 2024/25: Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation Cutting
The Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme 2024/25 (FACP 2024/25) continues its mission to advance Hong Kong’s fashion industry by focusing on innovative three-dimensional (3D) cutting & draping techniques. Building on the success of past programmes, this series, titled “Transforming Fashion Design with 3D Innovation Cutting,” sharpens participants’ skills through hands-on training led by internationally acclaimed masters Shingo Sato, Reagen Evans, and Michael Stewart.

Dual City Exhibition Hong Kong - Binding Artistry: An Exploration of Print and Form Through Creative Collaboration
Guests of honour lent the exhibition their prestigious support and engagement. Their attendance marked a pivotal moment that was set to skyrocket Hong Kong's fashion scene to a remarkable level. The exhibition particularly showcased the artistic collaboration between globally acclaimed 3D Cutting Master Robert Curry and Textile Print Master Simon Ungless, blending their talents in their respective fields with a synergistic approach.
