Mastering 3D Cutting & Creative Draping with Reagen Evans
British haute couture designer and founder of Reagen Varross, Reagen Evans, will be instructing the latest Master Programme in Hong Kong, exploring 3D cutting and creative draping. By translating fabric into professionally executed garment shells through manipulation on the form, the course aims to equip participants with fundamental elements of advanced creative draping, such as flat pattern transformation, and appropriate fabric structure preparation. The course will push the boundaries of traditional methods, emphasizes a hands-on approach, empowering participants to translate design concepts into innovative and dynamic garment forms.

Through hands-on lessons, participants explored cutting-edge techniques such as fabric manipulation, translating 3D draping into flat patterns, and developing collections from half size mannequins. Participants learned to push the boundaries of traditional methods, equipping themselves with essential skills to create complete looks on the mannequins.
