The Fashion Atelier Certificate Programme (FACP) Programme Archive aims to collect, organize, and preserve in perpetuity the records and course materials from the FACP 2024/25 programme. This comprehensive archiving system serves to make valuable educational resources accessible to local fashion design academics and industry professionals, maximizing benefits for the broader fashion community.

The Programme Archive encompasses both physical and digital materials developed by three renowned masters, teaching teams, course participants, and ambassadors during and after the FACP 2024/25 Master Programme. The collection includes:

2D Materials: Flat patterns, images, and technical drawings

3D Materials: Prototypes, garment parts, pattern blocks, and live showcase outfits

Digital Content: Videos of 3-dimensional cutting and draping techniques, photographs, and PowerPoint presentations
All materials are systematically titled, documented, and organized by the FACP team, with ownership retained by FACP/Hong Kong Fashion Designers Association (HKFDA).
Access and Eligibility
The archive is accessible to qualified scholarly representatives and teaching academia from local fashion design institutions, as well as HKFDA members. Eligible institutions include the School of Fashion and Textiles (SFT) of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Fashion and Image Design (FID) of Hong Kong Design Institute, Fashion Design Courses of The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong, and Caritas Bianchi College of Careers.
Access requests must be submitted via official email with a brief description of the intended teaching application. Access is granted at the discretion of the FACP team, and certain materials may be restricted. Notifications regarding the launch of the archive will be sent to relevant local fashion design institutions.
